Olé is operated by THE BEAUTIFUL GAMES COMPANY LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Olé mobile app and related services.
Olé does not require users to provide a manual username, password, email address, phone number, physical address, or payment information to play the app.
However, Olé may collect or process limited information necessary for app functionality, especially for online multiplayer features.
When you use online features, we may collect gameplay-related information, such as:
Online match data
Match IDs
Team names or display names entered in the app
Scores
Match state
Player moves and actions
Game progress, stats, and related gameplay information
This information is used to make online matches work, sync game state between players, display active matches, and support normal gameplay features.
Olé may use Firebase services to create or manage anonymous or app-generated user identifiers. These identifiers help the app support online multiplayer, match syncing, and related app functionality.
We do not use user identifiers for advertising tracking.
Olé may process limited technical information necessary for app operation, security, troubleshooting, or Firebase functionality. This may include basic device, app, or network-related information processed by Firebase or Apple services.
We do not intentionally collect precise location, coarse location, contacts, sensitive personal information, financial information, browsing history, or search history.
We use collected information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the app
To enable online multiplayer matches
To sync gameplay between players
To save or resume active matches
To maintain app security and reliability
To troubleshoot technical issues

We do not sell user data.
Olé uses Firebase services provided by Google to support features such as online multiplayer, authentication, and real-time database functionality.

Olé does not use gameplay content or user identifiers to track users across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.
Olé does not currently display third-party ads.
Olé does not currently collect payment information.
If digital items or in-app purchases are added in the future, payments will be handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store users’ credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other payment card details.
We may share limited information only as needed to:
Provide app functionality through service providers such as Firebase
Comply with legal obligations
Protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the app, or our business
We do not sell personal information.
Olé is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review and delete the information if appropriate.
We retain gameplay and app functionality data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, support active matches, maintain records, improve functionality, or comply with legal obligations.
Online match data may be deleted automatically or manually when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information processed through the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may stop using Olé at any time.
